In the event of personal data breach, CarbonX will notify the User and the MoCI within three days and will also issue a public notice in the case of an interference with public services or a severe impact on public interest.

DATA RETENTION

Your personal data is retained as long as the purpose for which it was collected remains and until it is no longer necessary for any other legal or business purposes. After the retention period, your personal data will be deleted.
